At Stuckey Fragrance, we strive to ensure every order is processed and shipped with care. All orders are typically shipped within 3–4 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we always work to get your fragrance to you as quickly as possible.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following guidelines:

Non-Refundable Items: For hygiene and quality assurance, opened fragrance bottles are non-refundable.
Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. To process your replacement, please either:
- Return the damaged item to us, or
- Provide clear photo evidence of the damage.

Once verified, your replacement will be shipped promptly with care.
